Sous la Défense, les sans-abris
In the underground levels of La Défense, Europe's largest business district, some sixty homeless people have found refuge. Beneath the towers lies a heated labyrinth of parking garages and corridors where these homeless individuals have set up their cardboard boxes and blankets. The tens of thousands of employees of the largest French and international companies located in the district are completely unaware of their presence and their survival strategies. Only a few managers occasionally organize breakfast for them. We meet Franck, who has been wandering there for 10 years, and André, who arrived a few weeks ago.
