This video is a continuation of our previous video on flush-fitting aftermarket wheels, focusing on determining the appropriate spacer thickness to fit the wheel within the fender line, including the 30° forward and 50° rearward angle restrictions. In the previous video, we considered the spacer thickness needed to align the wheel top with the fender line. I vaguely imagined that shaving off about 2mm would be sufficient to fit the wheel within the fender line. However, this vague estimate was problematic, so it was necessary to calculate a thickness with a solid basis at the calculation level. To that end, after understanding the current alignment to some extent, I calculated the amount of protrusion using trigonometry and then calculated the amount to shave off.
