In this video, I'll show you how to remove cuticles with an electric file. This is a shallow Russian manicure. I'll also show you how to prepare your nail plate for a perfect finish and, most importantly, without any lifting. This electric file manicure allows you to trim your cuticles without using a sharp edge. It's also known as a Russian manicure. I'll show you the three different electric file bits I use to prepare my nails before applying gel or semi-permanent polish. WARNING: An electric file is a tool that, if used incorrectly, can cause irreversible damage to the nail plate, and training is highly recommended.
