What if Attack of the Cybermen was the Sixth Doctors First Story

This was suggested by a Friend who was curious if the start of Attack of the Cybermen could be re-edited to be the Sixth Doctors First story, Therefore Skipping the Twin Dilemma entirely. Obviously some time is meant to have Passed In Attack of the Cybermen Since the Twin Dilemma, but it wouldn't be the first time Doctor who has jumped in time a bit in a Story. The Workmen down in the Sewers, there can also be a jump in time between then and when Lytton eventually goes down there. So I thought I'd give this a go and see how it comes out, I tried to cut out the Doctor erraticness, and the scene of the Doctor describing it as Volcanic, the context can be reinterpreted as the Actual Regen itself than the after effects of it. What do you think? Do you think it works? Or do you think the Twin Dilemma is a "necessary evil" let me know in the comments.
