Hello everyone 😊 today I want to show you guys how to make their incredible tasty and delicious Smoked chicken with tea leaves 🍃. It looks like Soy sauce chicken but it has rich tea aroma after smoking it and the meat is so tender and juicy. My family love this dish so much because it’s so different compared to the traditional steamed or soy sauce chicken. In this video, I am using Black Rose Tea, and the taste is amazing 🤩! Of course you can use any other black or green tea you want. Ingredients 1 whole chicken about 2.5 lbs 1 tbsp of salt 2 tsp of peppercorn 2 green onions 4 slices of ginger 1 tbsp of soy sauce 1 tsp of dark soy sauce 1 tbsp of oyster sauce 1 tbsp of honey For smoking the chicken 50g of light brown sugar 150g of rice 10g of loose dried tea leaves or tea bags (black or green tea) If you didn't know already, My youtube videos are not monetized.
