Assassin's Creed: Black Flag, Sea of Thieves, Pirates of the Caribbean, name_your_favorite_game_about_pirates - all these we know and love, but among all these games there is one, very special. Sea Dogs came out almost 25 years ago and has stayed in our hearts forever since. With its release it became clear that Russian video games can compete with any Western AAA-release without any discounts, both in terms of graphics and gameplay. So I decided to check how the first Sea Dogs is played in 2024? Is the game outdated? Where did the authors borrow ideas from during development?
