The premiere of Island was...kinda mediocre in my opinion, but I did think the insert song was pretty decent and I've always had a soft spot for Yukari Tamura (she was my first ever voice actress crush). I had to piece together the full chorus from episode 1 and the Island PV, but in any case, here's my cover of "Lasting Memories." I did appreciate the chord choice in this song and the modulations between the minor and major modes. I'll be at Anime Expo for the next week or so, so I won't be particularly active.
