It is called banitsa in the Bulgarian language. Banitsa is the favorite breakfast and is served with yogurt beaten with water, slightly salty to accompany it. The products are: 400 gr. filo pastry dough 4 eggs 400 gr. feta cheese 200 gr. natural yogurt 200 ml. cold water 8 Tbsp of oil Put three sheets of phyllo dough one on top of the other. Grease with a little oil. Distribute a little cheese over the dough. Fold up the leaves and put on a greased baking sheet. Repeat the process with the rest of the ingredients. Prepare a topping by mixing yogurt with water. Add eggs, two pinches of salt and beat well. Pour the mixture over the cake (banitza).
