Assembly of Parker Hydraulic Wheel Motor TG Series

This assembly is on a Parker TG0530UB190AALY. This is what is used on many Toro Dingo Tracked TX420’s, early 2000’s. Sorry this video is very long, about an hour or so, but it goes through all the assembly steps. Tools needed: 9/16 socket for end cap bolts, Bearing mandrel to install both outer and inner bearings or 1-7/8” socket for inner driveshaft bearing and 38-40mm socket for outer driveshaft bearing, 1/4”-3/8”x8” flathead screwdriver (or blind hole seal/bearing puller) to remove the outer seal and bearing, and inner seal, Qty 2 of 3/8-24 x 8-9” long studs (or cut off bolt heads) to install and align all the pieces, Torque wrench to torque end bolts to 50-55 ft-lbs, Clean rags to wipe up any dirt or grease along the way where it shouldn’t be, 3” pipe or old 1/2 ton truck rim to mount and secure motor when installing parts and torquing bolts, extra bolt or rod 3/8x8” to align with one of the motor mount holes and rim lug holes. Wilson-company stocks the shaft for this TG-series motor: Shaft number is ME019010, Inner bearing number is 071031, and the outer bearing number is 068027. Amazon stocks the seal kit for this motor, which the seal kit number is SK000092.
