NJ Treasure Hunters Find 34 Silver Coins While Searching In The Woods

Today’s adventure turned into one of the BEST metal detecting hunts we’ve had in a very long time! 🔥 Brian, Tony, Kevin and I headed deep into the woods with no idea what we were about to uncover… and before long, we stumbled onto an old picnic grove dating back to the 1920s! At first we didn’t know what to think, but it quickly became obvious that this place had been hiding history for decades. Silver coins and old relics started popping up EVERYWHERE! By the end of the hunt, we had recovered over 30 SILVER COINS 🤯 including the unbelievable moment where EACH ONE OF US found a silver half dollar! That’s something you almost never see happen on the same hunt. Watching Kevin dig a Barber Half Dollar and seeing Brian pull TWO walking liberty half dollars out of the ground made this trip one we’ll never forget. I can only imagine what people were doing way out here in the woods back in the 1920s, but they sure lost a lot of amazing stuff — and we were lucky enough to find it!
