Siurana: A Limestone Paradise in Catalunya | Sport Climbing

It's been near a decade since I was last in Spain sport climbing, but after many years dedication to Trad Climbing, Big Wall and Alpine rock, I am psyched again for clipping bolts! Sport Climbing gets you fit unlike any other discipline in climbing - you just can't get that same balance of finger strength, power and forearm endurance when Trad Climbing, and I realised that if I want to climb some of my big trad projects back home in Scotland, I'd need to be capable of climbing 9a in sport! This film follows me and my friends as we learn to climb hard sport climbs in Spain, in the process getting a few hard sport projects and building fitness for the epic trad climbs that await elsewhere.
