Song of Storms - Tutorial for Lute Dulcimer

0:00 Tutorial Start 0:29 Melody Repeat 1:13 Traditional/Simplified Tutorial Playing on my Wild Sparrow Strings lute dulcimer Bard series tuned D, A, DD Song of Storms made appearances in Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask. It was written by the talented Koji Kondo. Thank you Koji for such a memorable tune! Notes: -Capo fret 1 -Finger is planted on the body while finger picking for measuring distance -The song is in a waltz style so 3/4 time. Count 123, 123, 123, etc. to keep time while you play -Use a pick if you want a little more volume or grow those nails out nice and long -A simpler/traditional version is in the second section where I'll use a pick and use full and partial strums to get a droning harmony. Part B2 and B3 are raised up an octave in that section so that more of the song can be played on the melody strings/high course to allow for the low drones as well. Open strings lower than the melody notes can be strummed along with the melody notes to add harmony. -Leave questions down in the comments!
