[Reporter] Yes, the Korea Football Association (KFA) conducts its presidential elections through an 'indirect election system' where an electoral college of around 200 people selects the president. Because of this, suspicions have persisted that candidates secretly contact the electoral college to secure votes. Until now, these were merely rumors, but our reporting team has obtained audio recordings containing these allegations for the first time. Upon listening to the files, which spanned several tens of minutes, we found content that could be viewed as election campaigning fraud, ranging from offers of positions to attempts at coercion. [Anchor] The person attempting the coercion in the transcript is the Chairman of the KFA Referee Committee, isn't he? But is it true that there are indications that this executive actively engaged in election campaigning? [Reporter] Yes, Chairperson Moon Jin-hee made remarks containing such indications during a meeting with Referee A. Chairperson Moon stated that she traveled across the country to meet with the electoral college members. She also made remarks suggesting that she had contacted all 15 members of the electoral college, which is allocated to the refereeing sector. If this is true, it should be viewed as her actively jumping into the election campaign. Let's listen to her directly. [Reporter] First of all, this constitutes a violation of the presidential election management regulations established by the Korea Football Association. According to the regulations, only the candidate themselves and three campaign staff members are permitted to campaign, and it strictly prohibits anyone else from engaging in campaigning. However, it has been determined that not only Chairman Moon, who approached Referee A, but also the referee evaluator were not official campaign staff members. The Election Steering Committee is responsible for compiling the voter list, and the candidate themselves is the only one authorized to request a copy. Candidates are prohibited from using this for purposes other than election campaigning. However, for some reason, voter information was openly exchanged among those who urged people to vote for former Chairman Jung. This raises questions about whether former Chairman Jung gave instructions or intervened. The reporting team also inquired whether former Chairman Jung was aware of these facts, but neither HDC, led by former Chairman Jung, nor the Football Association, nor former Chairman Jung himself, provided an answer.
