DETAILS ▀▀▀▀▀▀▀ This Nature reserve is west of Salem in the Lake Constance district. There is a free-flying colony of white storkes that breed every year on the roofs of the Mendlishauer Hof, a herd of fallow deer and a large pond, which is considered a place of retreat for many different bird species. The park is characterized by the fact that no separating grids or trenches shield the visitor from the animals. Visitors move on fixed paths through the natural forest. From mid-March to early November, the park is open daily and in any weather.
