Im gesamten Juni erwartet dich jeden Tag ein neues 10-Minuten-Workout. Täglich stehen dir zwei Varianten zur Verfügung – eine für Frauen und eine für Männer. Natürlich kannst du frei entscheiden, welches Workout du machen möchtest. Die Männer-Variante ist lediglich etwas intensiver gestaltet oder setzt andere Trainingsschwerpunkte. Das Beste: Du bestimmst die Intensität! Absolviere jeden Tag ein Workout oder kombiniere mehrere Einheiten miteinander. Mach mit, bleib dran und starte fit durch den Juni!
