John Cena takes drastic measures to ensure that he walks out of Wrestlemania 36 as the Universal Champion in WWE 2K20 Story. Cena made his long awaited return to WWE at the Royal Rumble and went on to win the match. His crowning moment was an iconic Attitude Adjustment Elimination on the world's largest athlete, The Big Show. Since his return to RAW, Cena opted to go after Braun Strowman's Universal title at Wrestlemania & appointed The Undisputed Era to help him achieve this. Along the way, Cena found himself in a bizarre situation in which he made a deal with The Boogeyman. He didn't know exactly what Boogeyman would do to help him win matches, but was shocked when he realized his dark ally was taking out opponents with toxic fog. Can the former leader of the "Cenation" become the Universal Champion? and is he does, what's next for him? With mounting pressure from the fans to bring back his "Aggression" show, time will only tell what's next for this iconic enigma.
