Rich's Car Wash: Daphne Site - Polish Tunnel

As the newer of the two Rich's polish tunnels, this setup is more refined. The biggest difference between this polish tunnel and the one at Airport is the use of a rear wheel push conveyor setup. This helps with processing greater volumes of cars. Employees towel dry the car and bag the wipers before sending the car through the polish tunnel. They proceed to apply Blue Coral Super Express Wax through atomizer guns onto the vehicle's surface. A Sonny's TOP2k14 top brush/entrance wrap combo and TOP2k14 Buff 'n' Dry machine rub the product in to the vehicle's surface. All the brushes are equipped with Wick-a-Way material. At the end, the wiper bags are removed and the employees quickly remove any remaining dirt or extra tire shine for the wheels. Both the loading areas for the wash and polish tunnels are close, making it easier for an employee to move between areas during slower periods. I think this is the better of the two polish tunnels Rich's currently operates.
