Today marks the 64th day since my younger son left us. Every day of our grief is different. I talk about how I am living through this loss, what practices I use, what helps me, and what does not. I speak in great detail about guilt, because it is one of the most common emotions we feel toward our loved ones in general — and especially toward those who have left us. Can guilt be productive?
