The GLOW Effect: Ink Blending on Vellum for Elegant Cards

In this video I share a great card making technique using vellum with a 3D embossing folder, layering stencils and ink blending. To further enhance the look and create a 'glow effect' I add kraft card behind the vellum which really makes the 3D embossing stand out.
