Mark Martin Wins 1997 IROC Race at Charlotte

Mark Martin won the IROC XXI race at Charlotte Motor Speedway on May 16, 1997, taking Round 2 of the all-star series. The International Race of Champions put drivers in virtually identical cars, turning the spotlight away from equipment and back onto pure racing ability.
