Ma Premiere Guitare is an obscure Gypsy Jazz song written by French crooner and six string shredder, Sacha Distel. He was sort of the French version of George Benson, a jazzer by trade, but a crooner to the public. Check him out if you have not heard of him! I first heard this song from Bireli Lagrene's Gypsy Project. Super catchy melody played with a swagger and bluesy attitude. Usually at a medium tempo, idea for blues licks or to kick into double-time Gypsy Jazz shred runs!
