This video is about an announcement you hear from the Kaiserslautern train station. The announcements were absolutely disastrous and riddled with errors. For example: Some ICE lines aren't named along with their train numbers. Trains from Mainz aren't announced by number either – a number is only given when the trains are going to Mainz. Trains towards Kusel and Lauterecken-Grumbach aren't named either. Instead, you hear announcements in French. Strangely, no gongs or jingles are played on platform 8, yet announcements for platform 10 are made, even though the platforms are next to each other. Most announcements where the station says "Platform... is stopped" are made late, as the trains have already departed. The same applies to connecting trains – announcements are made two or one minute late. It's good that the video is out now – there will be a second part.
