Replace a Blend Door Actuator - Buick Enclave, Chevy Traverse, GMC Acadia, Saturn Outlook, mode door

This video shows you how to replace the rear Blend door actuator or mode actuator for a 2008-2017 GM SUV built on the Lambda platform which includes the Buick Enclave, Chevrolet (Chevy) Traverse, GMC Acadia, and Saturn Outlook. My blend door actuator was always stuck on hot, this video shows how I diagnosed the hvac problem (including the blend door actuator noise that you should hear if it’s working properly) and then replaced the blend door actuator and calibrated it when replacing the blend door actuator didn’t completely fix the problem. I also had to replace the rear HVAC control unit to fix the problem, The OEM AC-Delco part number is 15-73666.
