My 1st time making this noodle soup was a fail😭

ingredients: ⁃ onion ⁃ ginger ⁃ carrots ⁃ daikon ⁃ green onion & cilantro ⁃ limes ⁃ chicken ⁃ glass noodle ⁃ rock sugar (or regular sugar works) ⁃ chicken seasoning powder ⁃ fish sauce ⁃ glass noodles ⁃ fried garlic/onions for garnish ⁃ turmeric..? (not sure if i would even add this next time omg) ⁃ optional: pho seasoning recipe: 1. to a pot of water add chicken, green onions, ginger, onion, carrots, cilantro stems & daikon 2. season broth with some chicken powder, fish sauce, rock sugar & pho seasoning if you want more flavor..oh & the turmeric but only add a small pinch 3. cook chicken based off size..i would suggest on low but for this specific video i did 25 min med low then 25 min no heat with lid on 4. for the ginger scallion sauce add hot neutral oil to ginger, add green onions & salt to taste 5. once chicken is done let it cool down & shred chicken 6. refill pot with more water & season with fish sauce & chicken powder to taste 7. cook noodles 8. assemble bowl, add garnishes & enjoy! :)
