Pasta with Mussels, a quick and easy version! The Easiest One Pot Seafood pasta Ever. Watch this video from start to finish to learn how to cook this delicious pasta recipe with mussels. Ingredients for 4 persons: 0,7lb/320g of spaghetti. 4,4lb/2kg of mussels. 2 garlic cloves. Parsley q.b. 1 dried Red hot chili peppers. Extra virgin olive oli. Salt. Black Pepper. Method: Clean the parsley, keep the stems aside and chop the leaves. Bring to boil a saucepan of salted water. In a pan sauté the garlic with the oil, chili and parsley stems, add the mussels, blended with wine and let evaporate; as they open remove the mussels from the pan. Filter their water and shell them. In a pan bring the water of the mussels to boil; cook the spaghetti directly into the pan and add water when necessary. Finally add the mussels and stir with oil and cooking water. Add chopped parsley and stir-fry. Serve with plenty of mussels and a grated of black pepper. EAT or PASS???
