Cough Assist de A à Z avec Raphael
And we're wrapping up the series together! Raphael will be back on the Bubble to discuss the theory and practice of cough reflexology together. Contraindications include: undrained pneumothorax, hemoptysis, and bronchial instability. As he rightly points out, this device is not indicated for patients with obstructive conditions such as COPD or cystic fibrosis, even though they may have an ineffective cough and a low peak flow. This is because they have impaired cough drive, thick, distal mucus, and bronchial instability. Except in specific cases :) Enjoy, like, and share!
