Modified V-stenting for simultaneous ostial lesions
V-stenting is a simple bifurcation technique that is useful for Medina 0,1,1 bifurcation lesions, but requires at least a 7Fr guide. We describe the modified V-stenting technique which nicely adapts V-stenting to a 6Fr system.
