Our 190 Shifter Kart is FAST, but has a HUGE Problem

Our 190cc 5 speed shifter kart is fast! We do have a huge problem with our home made yard kart killer- an unknown driveline clunk that makes the chain come off. It could be a number of problems- our Zongshen 190cc 5 speed pit bike engine could be making so much power that its flexing the frame, we. could have worn out keys on our live axle, and it could all be made worse by bad gearing.
