Harder Hall Hotel - Sebring, FL #4k #forgotten #abandoned #history

Harder Hall is no longer just a forgotten relic or abandoned to vandals. It has a remarkable restoration in full swing. Located off Highway 27 in Sebring, Florida, the hotel’s distinctive pink façade really stands out across Little Lake Jackson. Built in 1925, it's first guests were welcomed in 1927. It flourished for decades before closing in 1982 due to bankruptcy. Now, the Blackmon Family has stepped in, determined to bring back its historic charm and legacy. Reminds me of something from the 1980's movie, "Somewhere in Time" Can't wait to visit when it's all complete! Interested in seeing what I like to build out of sand? (Spoiler, my tallest, so far, is around 10 feet). Here's a list of sand adventures from my Sandcastling page:    • Sandsculpting   Original music by Ron (aka "SandcastlingGuy")
