In today's episode, I've prepared something truly special for you – three simple, quick, and incredibly impressive dishes featuring seafood. 🍋🍋 In today's episode, we'll prepare: 🍋 Black pasta with shrimp and chorizo ​​– a brilliant combination of seafood with the distinctive, spicy note of Spanish sausage. A beautiful, contrasting dish that will delight any lover of Italian cuisine. 🍋 Refreshing tartare with shrimp, avocado, and lime – a light appetizer served chilled in glasses. A perfect harmony of creamy avocado, juicy lime, chili, and sweet honey. 🍋 Orzo pasta with seafood, asparagus, and wild broccoli – a creamy, incredibly filling, yet light dish made with tiny rice-like pasta cooked in a fragrant broth. 📝 RECIPES FROM THIS EPISODE 1. Orzo Pasta with Seafood, Asparagus, and Wild Broccoli (3-4 servings) Ingredients: approx. 500g seafood 2 spring onions 2 cloves garlic 200/300g orzo pasta 800ml broth 1 bunch asparagus, wild broccoli 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, plus extra for sprinkling 2 teaspoons lime juice butter, olive oil 2. Black Pasta with Shrimp and Chorizo Instructions: Dry the shrimp and remove the tails. Slice the chorizo ​​sausage into thin slices. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Pour a little olive oil into a large pan, add the sausage, and add the onion and garlic. Cook over high heat, stirring occasionally, for about 2-3 minutes. Add the shrimp and cook for about 1 minute, stirring occasionally. Add the olive oil, cherry tomatoes, and chopped parsley and stir.
