🧊 Freezer preparations | Borscht, pancakes, pizza - simple, convenient, delicious Hello! In this video I will show you what I cook in advance and freeze so that you have something tasty and homemade on hand any day 💛 ⠀ First - borscht dressing. I use beets, carrots and onions in a ratio of 2:1:1. I bake the beets at 200°C in foil for about 1.5 hours. After that, I leave it in the oven until it cools completely - this way it turns out sweet and rich. I clean and grate the carrots, and I either finely chop the onions or grind them through a food processor. You can put such a preparation in containers or bags and store it in the freezer. Then just add it to soup or borscht - and the dish is ready much faster. ⠀ Second - pancakes. Sometimes in the morning I really want to eat a pancake, but I don’t want to stand at the stove at all. Therefore, I just fry a few pancake “skin” in advance, let them cool completely, roll them into rolls and wrap them in parchment. They store perfectly in the freezer, and then just defrost or warm them up a little in a frying pan - and breakfast is ready. ⠀ Third - pizza. I cook my favorite, cut into pieces, wrap them in parchment and send them to the freezer. When I want pizza, but don’t have the time or desire to cook a whole one - I just take out a few slices, heat them up - and I have fresh, homemade pizza. ⠀ Such simple preparations really save time and effort.
