Yabolín y Diabolin

In San Juan de Betulia, Sucre, Josefa Atensia maintains the tradition that makes this region famous: the yabolín. In an artisanal way but with all the dedication of a great fighter, Josefa carries out this project that has allowed her to raise her family and provide employment for the young people who work here. Just 8 kilometers from San Juan de Betulia is the municipality of Corozal. This is where the bakery "La Casa del Diabolín" is located, where manager Rigoberto Marín shares the recipe for these delicious snacks. Diabolines have been a traditional business in the Marín family, and their recipe has transcended generations. Rigoberto's special touch was to add different flavors to delight the most demanding palates.
