This pristine housing development is located in Runaway Bay, St. Ann, Jamaica. It is still one of the most private, serene, quiet and cozy housing developments on the North Coast and this area definitely ticks off all the boxes. A housing development that is ideally suited for returning residents or for families who prefer a less hectic lifestyle. The first set of homes were made available on December 18, 2016, with a total of 80 units. Now with Phase 2 development on the way, it promises to provide an additional 150 units for new homeowners, with a wide range of housing options including Townhouses Bungalows and Split-level units.
