In this 30 min FIRE Bodyweight HIIT | No Equipment No Repeat No Joke HIIT we will have 2x blocks of 20 exercises. We will perform each exercise for 35 seconds and we will switch between 10 seconds and 15 seconds rest between the exercises! Will be Fun😈!!!
