Italian Sausage Potato Casserole - How to make a Sausage Casserole

The holidays is the perfect time to make comfort foods! This is a great casserole that you can bring along to parties as well. The recipe I'm posting makes enough LARGE servings for 4 people and 1 child. If you need more, just double or triple the recipe! 1 1/2 lbs of Sweet Italian Sausage 5-8 Medium Russet Potatoes 2 Large Onions 2 Large Green Peppers 2 Roma Tomatoes 8 Cloves of Garlic Fresh Parsley 3/4 Cup of Beef Broth 3/4 Cup of White Wine (Drinking or cooking) Oil (For sauté and frying) 1 TS of Italian Seasoning Salt and Pepper (to taste)
