Rice: 1 cup cooked rice 1 packet of taco seasoning 1/2 bag frozen corn 1 can drained and rinsed black beans 1 small can of enchilada sauce "Chimi Changas" Rotisserie chicken-shredded Add enchilada sauce rotel drained top with enchilada sauce- bake in the oven at 375 for 15 mins take out and top with cheese bake for 10 more minutes If this is your first time here, welcome!
