Volvo C30 D2 1.6 Diesel Injector Change D4162T

In this video I change a fuel injector on a Volvo C30 D2. The engine I am working on is a D4162T known in the Volvo world as a D2. I use a Topdon Artidiag800BT for my diagnostics and injector coding. The first code I had was P126200 Cylinder 2 High To Low Short which meant it was time to change the injector. I then had a fault where the Rapid Adaption did not work that I then tracked down to the service light being on. Once I reset it I was then able to do the Rapid Adaption correctly. After all that I was left with two new codes P02CD00 Cylinder 1 Fuel Injector Offset Learning At Max Limit and P02D3 Cylinder 4 Fuel Injector Offset Learning At Max Limit. This is the ECU telling you that Injectors 1 and 4 are old and worn out.
