How To Replace Sway Bar Bushings 2006-2011 Chevrolet HHR
Shop for New Auto Parts at 1AAuto.com https://trq.video/c-149-c8 This video shows you how to install sway bar bushings on your 2006-2011 Chevrolet HHR. The sway bars on your vehicle connect the shocks or struts together for additional stability. Since they have to cross the underside of the vehicle, they are attached at several points along the way. The bushings cushion and dampen those attachments to reduce noise and wear. Over time rubber bushings crack and rot, which could lead to clunking or scraping at the sway bar attaching points. This repair was done on a 2011 Chevrolet HHR LS 2.2L and the process should be similar on the following vehicles: 2006 Chevrolet HHR 2007 Chevrolet HHR 2008 Chevrolet HHR 2009 Chevrolet HHR 2010 Chevrolet HHR 2011 Chevrolet HHR Tools you will need: • Pry Bar https://1aau.to/oyE/1AXAA00020 • 15mm Wrench • 10mm Socket • 15mm Socket • 19mm Socket • Socket Driver • Socket Extensions • Torque Wrench https://1aau.to/oZB/1AXAA00044 • Silicone Paste Subscribe: / @trq Check out our playlist: Chevy HHR 2006-2011 1st Generation: • Chevy HHR 2006-2011 1st Generation 📱 Download the TRQ Auto Repair App for more videos, torque specifications, and car repair information: https://trq.video/appdownloadyt ⚠ DISCLAIMER: While TRQ strives to make the information provided in this video as accurate as possible, it makes no claims, promises, or guarantees about the accuracy, completeness or applicability of the content.
