Many people associate Yemen only with war and news, but what I saw in Aden was completely different: streets full of life, bustling markets, incredibly kind people, and an atmosphere unlike the image portrayed in the media. I wandered through Crater, Aden's popular markets, and tried the famous Adeni tea at Al-Sukran Cafe, one of the most famous cafes in Aden ☕🇾🇪. I also attended a beautiful Yemeni party and met the artist Rana Al-Salami amidst an atmosphere brimming with life and music. This episode documents a real side of life in Yemen today, far removed from the stereotypical image many know.
