Pregnancy is just hard. As women we push through a lot of things and at times make it all look easy, a little too well. I love to create these safe and honest spaces where we can come together and be honest with one another about our experiences, the good, the bad and the in-between. Nothing in life is ALL good or ALL bad. But we can spread awareness and educate one another, lean on each other and heal together. 1 in 4 women experience Pregnancy loss, but why is it such a taboo topic and why is there so much we don't know about it or talk about it? Why is there so much shame surrounding miscarriages? Who do we allow one another to feel so alone when we are experiencing this? Women are some of the strongest people I’ve ever met. A women who is able to self reflect and own who they are is a force to be reckoned with. We must learn and own all the parts of us so when the world tries to convince you otherwise you’re able to stand strong and not waver. Lets uplift, empower and celebrate women all month long.
