The easiest and quickest way to make two-tone gelatin: all you need is gelatin and milk, and it will turn out fantastic and delicious! INGREDIENTS: 1 packet of gelatin (any flavor) = 80g 1 1/2 cups cold milk = 375ml = 30 tablespoons 1 1/2 cups water = 375ml = 30 tablespoons PREPARATION: Heat the water until it just begins to boil, then remove from heat. In a bowl, place the gelatin and add the boiling water. Mix well until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Add the cold milk and mix well until smooth. Pour into a mold and let cool to room temperature. The milk will settle and the water will rise as the gelatin cools, resulting in two distinct colors: one part white and the other the color of the gelatin. It will look beautiful without having to separate the two parts. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or longer if you like. The longer it chills, the better it will be.
