Bring Them To Jesus | Mark 10:13–16 | Pastor Drew Rowley

Child Dedication is a special opportunity for parents and the church family to publicly commit to raising children according to God's Word. In this message from Mark 10:13-16, we are reminded that dedication is not salvation, but a commitment to faithfully bring children to Jesus, teach them His Word, and model a life that points them to Christ. As parents, grandparents, and a church family, we have the privilege and responsibility of helping the next generation know and follow Jesus. Key Points: – Children did not come by themselves. Someone brought them. – Children are gifts entrusted to us by God, and we are responsible to raise them for His purpose. – In their minds, those little ones looked like an interruption instead of an opportunity. – One of the most damaging things a child can see is a faith that is loud in public but absent in private. – Children are not interruptions to the ministry. Children are one of the greatest responsibilities of the ministry. – If we do not intentionally bring them to Jesus, the world will intentionally pull them away. – We bring our children to the Lord because they need what only He can give. Whether you are a parent, grandparent, or part of a local church, this message is a reminder that the greatest investment we can make is pointing children to Jesus Christ. May our homes be places where prayer is normal, Scripture is treasured, and faith is lived out each day. Our prayer is that the next generation will come to know Christ as their personal Savior and faithfully follow Him for years to come.
