In this episode, I'm going through a veritable bucket of antiques and vintage finds. Inside were ancient objects with unexpected histories: a flaming ex-voto heart, a trench cross from the Great War, antique graphics, a letter opener, an English tea strainer, a silver spoon made from an Indian coin, a porcelain figurine, and other items that at first glance seem ordinary, but each conceals an entire era. I was particularly surprised by a 16th-century German engraving—a true piece of history, almost 450 years old. Such objects remind us that antiques aren't just old things, but traces of people, taste, faith, fashion, and time. If you're interested in more, let me know in the comments.
