Matías is a lawyer specializing in Environmental Law, Director of the Environmental Observatory at the National University of Rosario since its creation in 2019, a professor at the UNR Faculty of Law, and Secretary of the Department of Agrarian and Environmental Law at the UNR. He is also the principal at the law firm De Bueno Asociados. He provides consulting services in Civil and Environmental Law on issues of prevention, precaution, and remediation of individual and collective environmental damage, as well as administrative and judicial claims for victims of environmental damage.
