"It's in the blood and this is tradition." - A character study of Alicent Hightower and Rhaenrya Targaryen, and why Alicent's life of painful servitude as she watched Rhaenrya's life of recklessness without consequence turned them against each other. - I stopped watching Game of Thrones long before it finished so I didn't have much hope for this show, but the relationship and dynamic between these two, and Alicent's internal conflict as she's used as a pawn in the game, has made this one of my favourite shows of the year. @ HBO pls change the ending to these two riding on dragonback into the sunset instead of tragedy :(((
