Arcade Longplay [206] Psycho Soldier

Something about an incarnate or descendant of Athena who is a schoolgirl/pop idol/psychic girl or some sh. No one cares for Kensu. I think there's something about aliens...or some sh. The interwebz exists for a reason. A sidescrolling game by SNK. Knowing SNK, difficulty is up there (Stage 6 is fun!!) Game has vocalized singing by some Japanese lady. Could care less about the singing. I just want to play a good Arcade game. Gameplay thingy: Since they, the fans, demand 1CC (it is called a Longplay, not a Perfect Run. -_- I am quite proud of my lost in the Arcana Heart 3 Longplay, thank you very much.), I deliver. I looked around the interwebz and found what I was looking for: a rerecording MAME emulator. I had a few problems here and there with it (desynced on Stage 3 so I had to redo that and all the other stages. It then desynced on Stage 6 so I had to redo that a kazillion times.) For most of the game, I abuse the Level 5 Psycho energy attack thingy (the red one. Seriously, it wrecks the game). For the final boss, I cheesed the Super Psycho attack thingy (I took notes from a 1CC video.) The boss deserves it for being a pain in the keister and having attacks that are pretty hard to dodge (plus, dat health). Apparently, there is a dipswitch for difficulty (found out late. Would've probably put in Hardest. =P) Since this is tool-assisted, no skillz. (I can only make it up Stage 3 without dying. I'm lucky to get past Stage 2 and keep the Phoenix intact.) I did learn a few things: how to record with Mame and use .bat files. - Disclaimer: Most videos by World of Longplays use SaveStates!
