A New Day in the Life of a Boat in the Middle of the Sea In this episode, we spend a whole day at Whiteland, a peaceful and beautiful spot on Catalina Island, far from the crowds and nestled between the sea and nature. I woke up to a breathtaking view, the sea calm all around me. I started the day by preparing the liver, explaining why it needs to be cooked quickly after thawing to maintain its quality. Afterwards, I went kayaking to explore the area, as the beach wasn't accessible from land, but I could appreciate its beauty from above the water! The rocks, the crystal-clear water, and the fish that were visible even without swimming. I returned to the boat, had breakfast, and then started work and maintenance. I looked into the sail problem and explained what I found and how I would deal with it, because life on a boat isn't just about beautiful scenery; it also involves responsibility and daily challenges. Then came fishing time, along with an important explanation of fishing regulations and the legal size limits for fish that must be respected. The day concluded with a nighttime boat ride, enjoying the boat's lights, the tranquility of the sea, and an open-air dinner before the next trip to Two Harbors.
