They are Heri Widianto (70) and Wayan Rohani Suwasti (58). Both were from Malang and were part of Group 12. Heri died 30 minutes before landing at Juanda International Airport after traveling from Jeddah to Mecca. Suwasti died on the bus while entering the Sukolilo Hajj Dormitory in Surabaya. Asadul Anam, Chairman of the Surabaya Debarkation Committee (PPIH), suspects that the primary cause of death for the two pilgrims was exhaustion after completing the Hajj rituals, including the peak pilgrimages in Arafah, Muzdalifah, and Mina (Armuzna). However, his team is still awaiting the results of official medical examinations to confirm the exact cause. "I think it was due to extreme exhaustion because it was so close to the Hajj rituals in Armuzna," said Anam. They then had to make a long journey home. Currently, both bodies are lying in state in the morgue at the East Java Hajj Regional Hospital. They will be taken directly to their respective hometowns for burial. Regarding insurance and coverage, in addition to the state coverage, there is additional coverage from the airline and Hajj travel expenses.
