Undoing my box braids and relaxing my hair after 5 months!!!!KAIZEN TSHEGO

In this video I show you how I undo my box braids which I have had in my hair for 2 months. My last relaxer was in August 2022 which was 5 months ago at this point in time so there was a lot of growth!!!! After I had relaxed and trimmed my hair,I realised that I had achieved a new hair length goal which was mid back length and I was absolutely ecstatic about that! As much as my primary focus on the channel will always be healthy relaxed hair, achieving this and hair length is quite validating. This year, my hair focus will be on sharing all my knowledge and experiences relating to growing healthy relaxed hair, especially because I have had 12 months to truly study and experiment with this new hair texture since relaxing after 12 years of being natural. Although I do still believe that a huge component does come down to genetics, there are quite a few things one can do to ensure that they are maximising on their hair potential.
