Get Your DOG to FOCUS on you 100% - NO DISTRACTIONS

In this video we're working on focus and we will train Schmoo using a barrel tug as a high-reward / high distraction item. Timing rewards is crucial, ensuring Schmoo looks at me before receiving them is critical to building focus. Distractions like background noise are managed to keep focus. Encouraging movement helps relieve stress and prevents energy repression. The session ends positively, ensuring Schmoo enjoys the process, with treats and toys introduced as rewards to enhance the training experience. I believe building focus toward the handler is a critical step and it should be done in as positive a way as possible. The more positive we cna make it, the most focus we will get. There will be a time for correction , but now is not that time!
